DELANO SOLUTIONS — PLATFORM TERMS & CONDITIONS
Version 2026-10-12-v1

1. Agreement
By registering, purchasing, or using any Delano Solutions micro-application ("App"), you agree to these Terms on behalf of yourself and your organization.

2. License
Delano Solutions grants a non-exclusive, non-transferable subscription license to use the Apps for internal business purposes. You may not copy, reverse engineer, resell, or reproduce the Apps or their source code.

3. Multi-tenant isolation
Each organization's data is logically separated. You are responsible for managing users and permissions within your organization.

4. Payments
Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled. Fees are non-refundable except where required by law.

5. Acceptable use
You will not use the Apps for unlawful purposes, to store malicious content, or to attempt to access another tenant's data.

6. Intellectual property
All Apps, branding, and platform software remain the exclusive property of Delano Solutions.

7. Data & privacy
You retain ownership of your business data. Delano Solutions processes data to provide the service and may use subprocessors listed in our privacy notice.

8. Support
Self-service support is provided through in-app documentation. Enterprise support may be purchased separately.

9. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Delano Solutions is not liable for indirect or consequential damages.
